LIFER
LIFER is a text-based Twine game about a pilot who lives in their mech full-time. Nothing is stopping you from leaving but you. You can't leave. You don't quite know why.
CONTENT WARNINGS: The premise of LIFER deals with a mental health condition resembling agoraphobia. The game also touches on themes of medical abuse, body dysmorphia, poverty, dangerous gig work, "real robot" mech typical violence, and has a post-apocalyptic setting.
The game is currently available as a demo which contains the first two scenes and mech customization. There's more to come in the future, with eight main scenes and ten endings currently planned. Look forward to battles, scavenging, a romance, but mostly a lot of grappling with yourself inside your home/prison/body. Thank you for checking the game out! I would appreciate any feedback you have.
